Pizza Romana… Neapolitan way

Freshness, mediterranean tastes, authenticiy and a little bit of Naples, inevitable ingredient when it comes to pizza… Tomatoes San Marzano, known for their typical sweet and sour flavor; capers, black olives and anchovies that bring health benefits (vitamins, mineral salts, omega 3 and proteins), and renowned fior di latte di Agerola.

This last ingredient, thanks to its freshness (milk, delivered within 24 hours after the end of milking, is immediately worked) organoleptic and nutritional properties which are being studied for their richness, and its unique flavor and smell, is an example of Campania excellence, emblem of pure and constant quality.   • 15 salted capers
  • 10 anchovies in oil
  • 15 Gaeta black olives, pitted
  • 80 g of fior di latte di Agerola
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
