Meet my Pizza Star

Meet my pizza Star: a “naturally” innovative pizza appreciated by all the frequent visitors of my “Ke Vuò” in Quarto; no coincidence that I have defined it “naturally innovative” because it is made with healthy, genuine and quality ingredients. You immediately notice its freshness; a “must” for each season, where the flavor and lightness of the ingredients on the surface (cherry tomatoes, arugula, Bresaola of Alto Adige, mini balls of Bufala, flakes of Grana Padano) mixes perfectly with five mini fillings, one for each point of the star.

The result? A pleasure for every palate, each time surprised by this tastes combination!


  • 1 lt of water
  • 1.5 kg of 00 flour
  • 50 gr of salt
  • 1 g of brewer’s yeast


  • 30 g of cherry tomatoes (base)
  • 30 g of fior di latte (base)
  • 20 g of aubergines (filling)
  • 20 g of rapini (filling)
  • 20 g of cooked ham (filling)
  • 20 g of salami (filling)
  • 20 g of mushrooms (filling)

After baking, season with:

  • 50 g of arugula
  • 40 g of Bresaola dell’Alto Adige
  • 100 g of mini balls of Bufala
  • 40 g of Grana Padano flakes
