People who came at my restaurant to try one of my pizzas, know that each “creation” is accompanied by a great passion, taste, authenticity of products and tradition, which are fundamental ingredients. I love this job for its creativity but, at the same time, I always seek perfection.
And I love challenges so recently I’ve asked myself: “what about creating a pizza that represents me?”. Here’s a new entry: my pizza Valentino! An explosion of freshness and taste; a rich pizza just as the taste of its simple but tempting ingredients, accurately selected. It is no coincidence the choice of fennel and green olives: the first is a well- known detoxifying food, the second rich in healthy fats.
Fennel is a very low- calorie vegetable (only 100 calories per 100 g), low in fat and rich in fibre, mineral salts (potassium, calcium and phosphorus) and vitamins (A, B and C). Green olives, instead, provide us with a valuable amounts of antioxidants (poliphenols, betacarotene and vitamin E) as well as iron, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and sodium.
So pizza Valentino is the perfect pizza for those who want to keep fit without giving up the pleasure of an “innovative pizza”.
Wait for you!
